Our Story

BrightSpace Cleaning was founded in 2018 by Natasha and Daniel Park, a husband-and-wife team who moved to Toronto from Halifax. After struggling to find consistent, trustworthy cleaners for their own condo in Scarborough, they decided to build the service they wished existed.

What started as weekend jobs for friends and neighbours has grown into a team of 18 full-time cleaners serving over 200 recurring clients across the Greater Toronto Area — from downtown condos to suburban family homes and office spaces in Markham and Mississauga.

What Makes Us Different

We hire carefully. Every team member goes through a background check, in-person interview, and two weeks of supervised training before they clean solo. We pay above market rate and offer benefits, because retention matters — you deserve a familiar face, not a rotating cast of strangers.

We use better products. Our standard supply kit is low-VOC and biodegradable. Clients with sensitivities can request our plant-based line at no extra cost. We never use bleach in residential settings unless specifically asked.

We communicate. You'll get a confirmation text the day before, a notification when your cleaner is en route, and a follow-up the next day asking how everything went. If something's off, we re-clean free within 24 hours.

Coverage Area

We serve the entire GTA including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga, and Brampton. For commercial contracts, we also cover Oakville and Burlington.
