By booking a cleaning with BrightSpace Cleaning, you agree to these terms. We provide cleaning services as described on our website and in your booking confirmation.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. We ask that personal valuables and fragile items be secured prior to the cleaning appointment.
If you're not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
BrightSpace Cleaning is fully bonded and insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange repair or replacement.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards, debit, and e-Transfer.
